I had the same exact and very disappointing experience that Maria Velez had in June review but my order was placed for 3 bottles in July. I got the same UPS message of damaged box and no product. I too only received an automated response - I have not been contacted, product had not been reshipped, and no refund has been issued. This is unacceptable. Please stand by my order. I hope that I will hear from you shortly.

I really love this product, it works wonders on my hair. It leaves my hair thoroughly moisturized for days. I have curly hair and it really is my life saver, I would definitely recommend this, especially to all my curly hair women!

I have a swimming pool out in back yard so I swim every morning the hot summer weather & coloring is so bad on my hair .&the corlorine I saw a advertisement for smooth & sticky ordered it & received in within a week and “WOW” awesome stuff for summer hair just wash your hair spray smooth& slimy and you hair is so smooth and great ready to go I am so happy I found this product… Thanks Trish

This is a great product. It works great on curly hair, gives hair an extra bounce. Not too much of a fragrance so I'm not overpowered by it. Too bad it's being discontinued.
