The shampoo is a sulfate-based cleanser that still carries aloe vera leaf juice to offset stripping, while the conditioning balm relies on cetearyl and myristyl alcohols plus cetrimonium chloride for slip and softness rather than silicones — none appear in either product's published ingredient list.
