Shipping at Smooth&Charming is free for orders over $60 CAD in Canada and $60 USD in North America. International shipping does not qualify for free shipping. The detailed terms and conditions of our shipping policy are outlined below.

Canada
Smooth&Charming offers FREE SHIPPING everywhere in Canada for all orders over $60 CAD (after discounts and before taxes). Packages are shipped from Monday to Friday. No additional customs fees and extra charges.
United States
Smooth&Charming offers FREE SHIPPING everywhere in the continental United States for all orders over $60 USD (after discounts and before taxes). Shipping fees for orders under $60 USD. Packages are shipped from Monday to Friday.
DELIVERY TIMES
The usual time for processing an order is 24 hours (1 business day), but may vary depending on the availability of products ordered. This period excludes delivery times, which depend on your geographic location.

- Manitoba and Saskatchewan: 3-5 business days
- Quebec and Ontario: 1-4 business days
- Newfoundland, Labrador, Nova-Scotia, P.E.I, New Brunswick: 2-6 business days

For more remote areas in Canada, certain additional delays and conditions may apply.
CARRIER DELIVERY DELAY
Our delivery times are for information only and do not constitute a guarantee. That said, if you experience an unusual delay in the delivery of your package, contact us at support@smoothandcharming.com and we will open a service ticket with the carrier. If necessary, additional delays may apply. Also, please note that we can not proceed to send a replacement package without confirmation from the carrier as to the status and whereabouts of your initial package.
TRACKING
Some orders are shipped with a tracking number. A confirmation e-mail with the tracking number will be sent once your order leaves our warehouse. If your order does not include tracking, and you experience any issues, contact us at support@smoothandcharming.com. If registered, you can also track orders in your purchase history section.
DAMAGED PARCEL
If your package has been delivered damaged or products within the package are damaged, we will open a case with the courier. Photos of the damaged items must be provided for the claim. Please contact us at support@smoothandcharming.com with the necessary details and images. We are not responsible for damage in PO Box deliveries (extreme temperatures, theft, etc.). See our Exchange & Returns Policy for more information.
UNCLAIMED PARCEL
If the carrier fails to deliver the item as intended, it is sent to a post office for you to pickup. If you have received a delivery notice, follow the instructions on the notice to retrieve your item or check the delivery status using the tracking number we provided to you by email.
When you go to the post office to pick up your parcel, you will have to present the following documents:
- Delivery notice
- Official ID with photo and address
WARNING: You will have a maximum period of 10 business days to pick up your package at the post office. Once this period is exceeded, the package will automatically be returned to us and we will proceed to the cancellation and refund of your order, minus the delivery costs for the return of your package to our warehouse ($11 flat rate).
OUT OF STOCK
Some products offered may be temporarily out of stock. In such a case, a customer service agent will contact you by email to inform you of any shipping delays. If your order contains a combination of available products and out of stock products, we will ship the entire order once all products are back in stock.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Smooth&Charming does not offer free shipping for international orders. Standard shipping rates and additional charges may apply.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
- Shipping Restrictions: We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain destinations, based on our discretion.
- Liability: Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the liability for loss, damage, or theft is transferred to the carrier. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.
- Customs and Import Duties: For international orders, the recipient is responsible for all customs and import duties.
- Change of Address: If you need to change the shipping address after placing the order, please contact us promptly at support@smoothandcharming.com. An address change may result in delays.
- Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within a certain time frame. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details.
