amika Bust Your Brass Cool Blonde Strength Repair Shampoo is an ultra-violet purple shampoo that tones brassy, yellow and warm hues in blonde, silver and grey hair while strengthening and hydrating damaged strands. It is the same product sold earlier as Bust Your Brass Cool Blonde Repair Shampoo.
Violet pigments neutralize unwanted warmth as you wash, while the repair side comes from amika's bond fortifying technology, quinoa protein and plant butters: mango butter, shea butter and borage oil. Sea buckthorn oil rounds out the formula.
In amika's clinical testing with the matching Bust Your Brass conditioner, hair was 2.2x stronger with 55% less breakage after one use, and the system was shown to be safe for colour-treated hair.
