Faux Mink Lashes Wispies are a reusable strip lash from Ardell's long-running Wispies line, made with soft, tapered synthetic fibers styled to mimic mink rather than real fur. Each lash gradually lengthens toward the center of the eye before shortening again at the inner and outer corners, which is what gives Wispies their feathery, crisscrossed look instead of one uniform length across the lid.
The band is Ardell's knot-free Invisiband, a thin, flexible strip meant to sit close to the natural lash line so it blends in once applied. Because the fibers are lightweight, the finished result reads more like an enhanced version of your own lashes than a heavy dramatic lash, which suits everyday wear and also makes this an easier style for a first-time strip lash wearer to trim and place. Lash adhesive is sold separately.
To apply: check the band's fit against your natural lash line and trim the outer end if it's too long, run a thin line of lash adhesive along the band, wait about 30 seconds for it to turn tacky, then press the band as close to the lash line as possible. Handled carefully during removal, the pair can be worn again.
