Tea Tree Scalp Wellness Scalp Defense Serum is a lightweight, water-based leave-on scalp serum from Paul Mitchell that uses an antioxidant botanical blend to help protect the scalp from pollution and environmental stressors.

Its antioxidant blend is built on four extracts: knotweed, kirayat, tea leaf and bamboo, which Paul Mitchell includes to help protect against damaging free radicals. The formula absorbs quickly and, according to the brand, leaves no weight or residue on the scalp or roots, so it can go on before styling without making hair look greasy.

It comes in a 55 ml (1.85 fl. oz.) glass bottle with a dropper. Section damp or dry hair, apply up to three full droppers drop by drop to a clean scalp, and massage in.
