Shampoo:

1. Apply on wet hair. Lather.
2. Rinse thoroughly.
3. Follow with the Instacure Mighty Care Conditioner.

Conditioner:

1. Apply after the Instacure Mighty Bonds Shampoo on wet hair, from the mid lengths to the ends.
2. Leave on for up to three minutes then rinse out.
