Biotop 700 Keratin & Kale Hair Mask is a rinse-out repair treatment for damaged, fragile, chemically treated and naturally coarse hair, built on hydrolysed keratin and kale leaf extract.

The keratin helps top up protein lost to bleaching, colouring and heat, while kale extract, provitamin B5 and vitamin E condition the fibre and help improve elasticity. A rich base of fatty alcohols and conditioning agents smooths the cuticle, so hair feels softer, frizzes less and is easier to detangle.

Biotop positions it as a weekly intensive treatment, or as a conditioner replacement whenever hair needs extra repair. It leaves on for only 2 to 5 minutes. The formula is colour-safe and free of SLS, SLES, parabens and sodium chloride, and Biotop lists it as cruelty-free.

It is a retail treatment that anyone can use at home. Very fine hair may find it heavy if used every wash; once a week on the lengths is usually enough.
