Biolage Hydra Source Moisture Method Scalp + Hair Serum is a water-based leave-in serum for a dry scalp and dry hair, made more like a facial serum than a typical silicone or oil hair serum. Its hydrating concentrate pairs micro-filtered aloe vera with fermented hyaluronic acid, backed by glycerin and sodium PCA.
The watery texture soaks into the scalp and the strands instead of coating them, so hair is left soft and supple without a greasy film or extra weight. Biolage reports that it was clinically tested to hydrate the scalp for 24 hours after one use (instrumental study of 31 panelists).
