AG Boost Apple Cider Vinegar Silicone-Free Conditioner conditions and smooths hair while sealing in moisture, using organic apple cider vinegar and shea butter. It is the partner to Balance shampoo in AG's Plant-Based Essentials range, and AG describes the formula as 98% plant-based and naturally derived.

Shea butter brings softness, and the Canadian-made organic apple cider vinegar is backed by AG's blend of superfoods: apricot, peach, apple, sweet almond, millet, linseed, olive leaf, rosemary and arnica, plus quinoa protein, rosehip oil, mango seed butter and coconut oil. Because it is silicone-free, hair feels smooth without a coating that builds up from wash to wash.

AG says Boost gives good slip after washing with Balance. Since apple cider vinegar helps clear product build-up, AG notes it can also be used as a cleansing conditioner. It has no strong vinegar smell.
