Kenra Volume Spray 25 is a super-hold aerosol finishing hairspray that builds lift at the root and locks a finished style in place. It sits at 25 on Kenra's hold scale, near the top of the line, and is rated for up to 120 hours of hold and wind resistance up to 25 MPH, with a flake-free, fast-drying finish.
The hold comes from an acrylates copolymer film former. Panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) and AMP-isostearoyl hydrolyzed wheat protein are in the formula alongside a light dimethicone copolymer for shine, and benzophenone-4 is included as a UV filter. The Canadian can is the 50% VOC formula.
Use it two ways: mist between sections at the base while blow-drying to build volume, or spray over a finished style to hold blowouts, updos and long-hair sets through humidity and wind. Because the hold is strong, it suits structured looks better than soft, movable ones.
