Sebastian Professional Volupt Max Volumizing Shampoo is a body-building shampoo for fine or flat hair: it boosts volume while it cleanses and leaves hair velvety soft, light and full of movement. It is the first step of the Volupt volume routine.

Sebastian describes the result as featherlight volume with a cushiony-soft, airy feel, and says it cleanses gently without weighing hair down, so there is no stiffness or coated feeling at the roots. The formula includes bamboo extract, prickly pear (Opuntia) flower extract and vitamin E acetate alongside its conditioning agents.

The lather comes from sodium laureth sulfate and sodium lauryl sulfate, so this is not a sulfate-free shampoo. Follow with Volupt Max Volumizing Conditioner.
