Forever Blonde Conditioner is a rinse-out conditioner made for bleached, highlighted and otherwise chemically lightened hair. Lightening processing raises the hair cuticle and strips out moisture, which is why lightened hair often feels rough, tangles easily and reads brassy under indoor lighting.

The formula pairs keratin protein with safflower oleosomes and macadamia seed oil to smooth the cuticle and add slip, plus a violet pigment (Ext. Violet 2) that sits on the hair and helps counteract yellow, brassy undertones between color appointments. It's applied after shampooing, worked through mid-lengths and ends, then rinsed out — it is not a leave-in treatment; Paul Mitchell sells a separate Forever Blonde Leave-In Treatment Spray for that step.

It's formulated without parabens or gluten, and like the rest of the Forever Blonde line, it's built specifically for the demands of color-treated and lightened hair rather than as an everyday conditioner for all hair types.

For anyone with bleached, highlighted or otherwise chemically lightened blonde hair that feels dry, rough or brassy. Suited to regular at-home use as part of a normal shower routine; no professional/salon application needed.

What sets this apart from a generic moisturizing conditioner is the pairing of a violet-based toning pigment with keratin repair and safflower/macadamia oils in one rinse-out step — so lightened hair gets brassiness control and cuticle-smoothing conditioning at the same time, without a separate toning product.

This is a rinse-out conditioner, not a leave-in. Apply to clean, damp hair after shampooing (ideally with Forever Blonde Shampoo), distribute through mid-lengths and ends, leave on for a minute or two, then rinse thoroughly.
