Blacklight Neu:Vio Violet Conditioner is a violet-pigmented conditioner from Oligo's Blacklight Blonde Science line that removes unwanted yellow tones from light blonde, highlighted and white hair while softening and smoothing it.

It is the partner to Neu:Vio Violet Shampoo. Oligo says that, used together, the two eliminate up to 100% of yellow brassiness and revive faded highlights. The toning comes from the violet pigment; the conditioning from squalane, moringa oil, açai extract and argan oil, which help lock in moisture, smooth the hair's surface and leave lightened hair soft and shiny.

Comb it through clean, damp hair and leave it for 2 to 5 minutes before rinsing. It can follow any shampoo. On porous or pre-lightened hair, Oligo suggests diluting it with the Blacklight HYD or REP Conditioner to keep the tone even.

Recommended for lighter blonde, highlighted, coloured and natural blonde hair, and for white hair that has developed yellow tones. The label notes it is not recommended for platinum blonde hair. Oligo states it contains no sulfates, salts, parabens, formaldehyde, MI/MCI, gluten or animal by-products, and is not tested on animals. Made in Canada.

Light blonde, highlighted, coloured or natural blonde hair, and white or grey hair, that has developed yellow tones. It suits people already using a violet shampoo who want extra toning plus conditioning in one step.

Oligo's label says it is not recommended for platinum blonde hair, and asks for visual supervision while it processes. Darker blondes and light brunettes with orange brass should use the Neu:Blu blue conditioner.

Most yellowing on light blondes builds slowly, wash after wash. A violet conditioner adds a gentle top-up of pigment every time you condition, which helps keep the tone cleaner between salon visits, and it does so while softening hair that lightening has left dry. Oligo's version combines the violet toning with squalane and moringa, açai and argan oils, and can be diluted with the brand's HYD or REP conditioner when the hair is porous, which makes the result easier to control.

Apply generously to clean, damp hair after shampooing. It can be used after any shampoo; Oligo pairs it with Neu:Vio Violet Shampoo.

Distribute evenly with a comb, leave on for 2 to 5 minutes, then rinse. Processing time is a guideline only, so watch the hair while it sits.

On porous, pre-lightened hair, dilute with Blacklight HYD or REP Conditioner if needed. May stain nails. Avoid contact with eyes.
