Blacklight Neu:Blu Blue Neutralizing Spray is a lightweight leave-in toning mist from Oligo's Blacklight Blonde Science line that tones down orange brassiness on blondes and light brunettes while it hydrates and smooths the hair.

It is designed to sit between Neu:Blu Blue Shampoo and Conditioner washes. Oligo says the mist eliminates up to 100% of brassiness when used with the Blue Shampoo, and that the result lasts 2 to 3 regular shampoos. Because it stays in, it is also the easy option to carry when travelling, when sun exposure tends to bring warm tones back up.

The conditioning side comes from moringa oil, argan oil and açai extract along with provitamin B5 and vitamin E, which keep the hair soft, manageable and shiny instead of coated. You divide damp hair into four sections, mist, comb through and style as usual, once a week.
