Blacklight Blonde Science Hydrating Conditioner is a rinse-out conditioner from Oligo's HYD line that gives blonde hair light, lasting moisture and makes it easy to detangle. Oligo formulates it for all hair types and colours, with dry or lightened blondes in mind.

Hyaluronic acid works alongside avocado, rice bran and hemp seed oils to replenish moisture, smooth the hair surface and add softness and shine. The texture is silky and spreads easily from mid-lengths to ends, and Oligo's FAQ notes that it is meant to hydrate without weighing hair down or flattening natural movement.

Use it after the Blacklight Hydrating Shampoo, leaving it on for one to five minutes before rinsing. For extra moisture once every couple of weeks, swap it for the Hydrating Mask or Deep Hydrating Mask.

Oligo states the formula contains no sulfates, salts, parabens, formaldehyde, MI/MCI, gluten or animal by-products, and that it is not tested on animals. Made in Canada. Sold in a 200 ml tube and a 946 ml pump bottle.

Blonde hair, lightened, highlighted or natural, that feels dry, dehydrated, tangly or dull. Oligo makes it for all hair types and says it will not weigh down fine blonde hair.

Lightened hair is more porous and loses moisture fast, which shows up as tangles, roughness and dullness. This conditioner targets that with a combination of hyaluronic acid and three plant oils in a silky base that detangles quickly, so it fits into a normal wash routine without the extra time a mask needs. It is the everyday partner to the HYD shampoo, with the masks reserved for a deeper treatment.

After shampooing, apply to clean, damp hair from mid-lengths to ends.

Leave on for 1 to 5 minutes, then rinse.
