It is the light-hold option in the 101 Create hairspray range, made for natural styles that should still move. Biotop also suggests it as a working spray while building updos, before the final hold.

Spray an even amount from 25 to 30 cm (10 to 12 inches) over dry, styled hair.

All hair types, especially natural, loose styles and anyone who dislikes stiff hairspray.
