The BaBylissPRO Nano Titanium MiraCurl 3 is an automatic curl machine: instead of wrapping a section of hair around a wand by hand, it draws the hair into an enclosed heated chamber that forms the curl internally and then releases it. A clean, dry section is fed tip-first into the chamber opening, where a MaxLife PRO brushless motor pulls the strand in, rotates it around a nano titanium-coated core, holds it through the heat cycle, and pushes the finished curl back out.

Three heat settings are built in for different hair types, with three separate heating elements positioned in the outer chamber, the top lid, and the central core for more even heat distribution than a single heated rod. Curl size is changed by adjusting the diameter of the internal core: a 19mm core produces tight curls, the same core with silicone fingers extended produces a medium curl, and a 26mm sliding core extended produces a looser curl. A separate control sets curl direction to left, right, or alternating, so a full head can be curled with a uniform rotation or an alternating pattern. A safety clutch stops and unwinds the chamber if it meets resistance, freeing the hair rather than continuing to pull it in.

This is a tool for people already comfortable with automatic or rotating curling machines who want consistent curls without manually wrapping hair around a barrel. It works on sections roughly an inch wide and is best suited to mid-length through long hair; it is not a flat iron or a clamp-style curling wand, and hairstyles too short to feed cleanly into the chamber opening are not a good match.
