Anyone with fine, thin or limp hair that falls flat and gets weighed down by richer conditioners. It is a salon-brand retail conditioner for regular at-home use after shampooing, and it works for any hair length.

It is not designed as a repair or deep-moisture treatment, so very dry, coarse or heavily damaged hair will likely want something richer.

Most conditioners trade volume for softness. High Amplify goes the other way: it leaves out silicones and heavy oils and relies on a light conditioning base plus wheat protein, so fine hair comes out detangled and smooth but still has room to lift. If your hair goes flat an hour after styling, this is a conditioner built around that problem rather than around maximum moisture.

After shampooing with High Amplify Shampoo, apply to wet hair and massage through the lengths. Rinse thoroughly. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately.
