amika Brooklyn Bombshell Blowout Spray is a weightless pre-blowout primer you mist onto damp hair before blow-drying, building volume, body and shine while protecting against heat up to 450°F.
amika lists it for every hair type from straight to coily (types 1 to 4c), so it works whether your hair is fine and falls flat after a blow-dry or thicker and simply needs more lift. The spray lightly moisturizes as it adds body, and the finish stays soft rather than crunchy or sticky.
Two ingredients do most of the conditioning work. Provitamin B5 (panthenol) helps hair hold on to moisture and shine, and sea buckthorn oil, amika's signature superfruit, brings omega-7 fatty acids, vitamins A and C and antioxidants.
To use it, spray damp hair section by section from roots to ends, then blow-dry as usual.
