Redken Acidic Bonding Curls Silicone-Free Shampoo is a sulfate-free, silicone-free bond-repair shampoo made for chemically processed and damaged curls and coils. Its Curl-Bond Technology, a blend of citric acid, glycine and urea, helps repair weakened bonds and restore curl strength while the shampoo gently removes build-up from hair and scalp.

Shea butter and avocado oil keep the wash from feeling stripping, and because there are no silicones in the formula, curls are not coated between washes. The label lists a 9% bonding care complex.

Used as a full system with the Acidic Bonding Curls Conditioner and Leave-In Treatment, Redken reports up to 85% less frizz for up to 96 hours compared with a non-conditioning shampoo, and 92% of testers saw healthier, more defined curls after one use. Available in 300 ml and 1 L.

Curly and coily hair that has been coloured, lightened or otherwise chemically processed and now feels weak, frizzy or loose in its pattern. It suits people who want a gentle, sulfate-free and silicone-free wash that still clears build-up from styling products.
