amika The Shield Anti-Humidity Spray is a lightweight, invisible aerosol that protects hair from humidity, frizz and heat styling up to 450°F (230°C), and amika reports it is clinically proven to keep styles frizz-free for 24+ hours.

Unlike a finishing hairspray, it goes on before you style. Shake the can and mist it over damp or dry hair before blow-drying, flat-ironing or curling, so it acts as a heat protectant and a humidity barrier in one step.
