AG Reconstruct Vitamin C Strengthening Mask is a rich rinse-out treatment that leaves hair stronger, shinier and more radiant, made with vitamin C, plant-based squalane and shea butter. It comes in a 178 ml (6 fl oz) tube and belongs to AG's Vita C repair family alongside the Vita C Strengthening Shampoo and Conditioner.
The vitamin C is a stable, oil-soluble form (tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate). Squalane and Abyssinian seed oil add softness and slip, while shea butter and fatty alcohols give the mask its thick, cushioning texture. Conditioning agents, including amodimethicone, smooth the surface of the hair so it combs out easily and reflects more light.
Massage it into damp hair after shampooing and leave it on for five minutes before rinsing, or longer for more intensive conditioning.
