Joico Defy Damage Protective Conditioner is a daily bond-building conditioner that puts back moisture and builds resilience in damaged or colour-treated hair without weighing it down. It detangles on contact and leaves hair soft, shiny and easier to style.

Like the rest of the Defy Damage line, it relies on three ingredients: arginine to help strengthen and renew hair bonds, moringa seed oil for antioxidants, vitamins A and E, zinc and silica, and a protective lipid that helps guard against heat, chemical, styling and UV damage. SmartRelease liposomes deliver rosehip oil, arginine and keratin gradually.

With the Defy Damage system, Joico reports 80% less breakage, 5X stronger hair and over 90% colour vibrancy after 10 shampoos, with results from the first use.

This is the everyday half of Defy Damage. Where a masque is a weekly treatment, the conditioner gives damaged hair a small, regular dose of arginine and protective lipid every wash, while its slip makes detangling easier. For colour-treated hair it helps keep tone longer, and it does that without the heaviness many repair conditioners leave behind.
