Biotop Professional 700 Keratin & Kale Shampoo is a repairing salon shampoo for damaged, chemically processed, dry and naturally coarse or frizzy hair. It pairs keratin with kale leaf extract to cleanse gently while helping restore strength, smoothness and softness wash after wash.

Keratin is one of the hair's own structural proteins. It helps reinforce weakened strands, smooth the cuticle and reduce the look of frizz and split ends. Kale extract contributes nourishing plant goodness, and a moisture-binding conditioning agent helps the hair and scalp hold on to moisture. The lather comes from a milder cleansing system with coconut-derived cleansers rather than harsher sulfates.

Biotop describes the formula as colour-safe, balanced and free of harsh sulfates, parabens and added salt, and it is cruelty-free. It suits hair that has been lightened, coloured, chemically straightened or heat-styled often.

To use, work 2 to 3 pumps into wet hair, massage from roots to ends for 1 to 2 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Repeat if needed, then follow with 700 Keratin & Kale Conditioner. Sold in 250 ml, 500 ml and 1 litre sizes.

Anyone whose hair feels weak, rough or frizzy: bleached, coloured or chemically straightened hair, hair that is heat-styled often, and naturally coarse or dry textures.

It is a professional salon line, but it is used like any everyday shampoo, so it works equally well at home between salon visits. The 1 litre size is the practical choice for salons or for households that go through shampoo quickly.

Most repair shampoos rely on oils that coat the hair. 700 Keratin & Kale adds protein back instead: hydrolyzed keratin is the same family of protein that makes up the hair fibre, so it helps strengthen strands that have been weakened by bleach, colour or heat, while smoothing the cuticle so hair looks less frizzy and more polished.

Kale extract and panthenol round out the formula with vitamins, antioxidants and moisture, and the gentle, colour-safe cleansing base means it can be used every wash as the first step of the 700 system, followed by the matching conditioner, mask and hair repair oil.

Wet hair thoroughly.
Dispense 2 to 3 pumps into your hands and lather with water.
Massage into the scalp and through the lengths for 1 to 2 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly and repeat if needed.
Follow with 700 Keratin & Kale Conditioner, or the 700 hair mask for extra repair.
