Joico JoiWhip Firm Hold Design Foam is a firm-hold styling mousse that builds lasting volume and body while keeping hair free of crunch. The can is marked 7 on Joico's hold scale, and the foam still brushes through.

The whipped formula is dispensed from an upside-down can and worked into damp hair before styling. Joico says it boosts shine, fights frizz and flyaways, and protects against pollution. It also gives thermal protection up to 232°C (450°F), so it can go straight into a blow-dry or hot-tool style.

Shake the can well. Hold it upside down and dispense a small amount into your hand; the formula is concentrated, so you don't need much. Distribute evenly through damp hair, then style as usual.
