1. Wash and dry your hair completely. The fibers go on dry hair only.
2. Pick the shade that matches your hair, or one shade darker.
3. Hold the bottle a few inches above the thinning area and shake or tap it so the fibers fall evenly. Lift sections with a comb or your fingers to reach the scalp underneath.
4. Pat or brush gently so the fibers blend into the hair.
