Redken All Soft Argan-6 Oil is a lightweight multi-benefit hair oil for dry, brittle hair, built on argan oil and Redken's 12% Moisture Complex to add moisture, softness and shine while protecting against heat and humidity.
The All Soft range is Redken's moisture regimen, and the oil is its finishing step after All Soft Shampoo and Conditioner. Argan oil brings antioxidants, essential fatty acids and vitamin E that help restore elasticity and shine to dull hair; the Moisture Complex blends silicones with the argan oil so hair is smoothed without being weighed down. The base is isododecane and silicones rather than a heavy plant-oil blend, so it spreads thinly and sinks in without a greasy finish.
Redken's results, measured with the oil alongside All Soft Shampoo and Conditioner against a non-conditioning shampoo:

It works at several points in a routine. Apply to wet or dry hair for everyday shine, softness and manageability, use it before heat styling as protection against heat damage, or smooth a small amount over dry hair to settle frizz and flyaways. A few drops can also be blended into other All Soft treatments for extra moisture. One pump, rubbed between the palms like hand lotion and combed through mid-lengths and ends, is enough for most hair.
Redken relaunched the oil in 2025 in a new 100 ml pump bottle with a reformed formula; the earlier 90 ml bottle is the same product in its previous packaging.
