It shares its base formula with Saryna Key's other Gloss Spray products - conditioning silicones (cyclopentasiloxane, cyclomethicone, phenyl trimethicone), shea butter, marine collagen, hydrolyzed silk, and a blend of carrot, linseed, jojoba, and grape seed oils - but is positioned for hair types where volume, rather than deep moisture, is the main concern.

The silicone film smooths the cuticle for shine and softness while staying light enough not to flatten fine strands, which is the main differentiator from a heavier gloss or oil serum. The shea butter and seed-oil blend contribute a light layer of conditioning, and the formula also includes SD Alcohol 40, a fast-evaporating alcohol that helps the product dry down quickly rather than leaving hair limp or damp-looking.

This is a finishing and texture product, not a root-lifting mousse or volumizing foam - it won't create dramatic lift at the scalp, but it does add shine and a lighter-feeling finish that can make fine hair look fuller. It is not marketed as color-safe in the way the Damage Repair variant is, so color-treated fine hair may be better served by that companion product.
