Professional use only. Mix 1 part Matrix SoColor Ultra Blonde with 2 parts Matrix Cream Developer — 30 volume for maximum neutralization, 40 volume for maximum lift. Apply using standard permanent-color application technique appropriate to the service (full-head sectioning for all-over lift, foil/balayage technique for partial lightening) and process 50 minutes at room temperature. Always run a strand test first given how much the result depends on the client's natural texture and porosity, and finish with a bonding conditioner suited to freshly lightened hair. Do not use for gray coverage.
