Matrix SoColor Extra Coverage is the SoColor permanent color system engineered specifically for hair that's 50–100% gray. Rather than custom-blending multiple shades to balance coverage, this pre-blended formula delivers full, uniform, natural-looking coverage in a single application — ideal for regrowth touch-ups and clients with heavier gray.
Like the rest of the SoColor line, it's built with a Cera-Oil Conditioning Complex that conditions hair through the coloring process and helps maintain shine.
Mix 1:1 with 20 Volume Matrix Cream Developer and process up to 45 minutes at room temperature, processing the full time on resistant gray. A dependable, efficient choice for stylists who color a lot of gray-dominant hair and want consistent results without extra formulating.
Dream Age shades (DA-) are also available here. Dream Age gives the same up to 100% gray coverage from a low-ammonia base with Camelina Oil, but with a more dimensional, multi-tonal result — soft highs and lows instead of a solid, even finish. Mix 1:1 with 20 Volume Matrix Cream Developer and process 30–45 minutes. Dream Age shades can only be mixed with other Dream Age shades; do not intermix them with Extra Coverage or other SoColor shades.
