Aloe barbadensis leaf juice is followed on the ingredient list by cetearyl and cetyl alcohol (conditioning fatty alcohols) and behentrimonium methosulfate, then certified-organic shea butter, avocado oil, sunflower seed oil, and castor seed oil for emollience, alongside creatine, panthenol, and hydrolyzed baobab (Adansonia digitata) seed extract, aimed at strand strength and smoothness rather than just surface coating. Several individual botanicals here are certified organic, though the treatment as a whole isn't sold as a certified-organic product, and the formula also contains dimethicone, a silicone that aids slip and detangling.
