KMS Head Remedy Deep Cleanse Shampoo is a sulfate-free clarifying shampoo that removes build-up from styling products, hard water, minerals, pollutants and chlorine while staying gentle enough for daily use. KMS describes it as ideal for dry and unbalanced scalps.
Unlike harsh clarifying washes, it aims to balance while it deep-cleans. KMS says it cleanses while balancing the scalp's natural pH level, helps balance scalp moisture and neutralizes hard water to prevent mineral build-up. It also removes color-dulling residue, leaving hair clean and healthy-looking without weighing it down.
The featured ingredient is upcycled ash tree (Fraxinus excelsior) bark extract, which KMS uses to provide hydration for scalp and hair while balancing pH. The fragrance is citrusy and green, with lime, mint and grapefruit over white musk and cedarwood. KMS recommends following with a KMS conditioner or treatment.
