Low-Poo Delight is a low-lathering, sulfate-free cleanser that DevaCurl formulated specifically for wavy hair, designed to clean the scalp and hair without stripping the natural oils that wavy hair relies on for its shape. Instead of foaming heavily like a sulfate shampoo, it uses gentle surfactants (cocamidopropyl betaine, coco-betaine) that lather lightly, so hair comes out of the shower cleansed rather than dried out and frizzy. Rice protein adds body and fullness, lotus flower extract supports bounce, and a chia-flaxseed blend helps hold wave definition as hair dries.
